1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of visa consultancy and related services provided by Real Roamer (hereinafter referred to as “Real Roamer”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, the client (“you”, “applicant”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

• Visa eligibility assessment and guidance
• Documentation checklist and review
• Appointment booking assistance
• Application form assistance
• Follow-ups and status guidance

Note: Final decision on visa approval, rejection, processing time, or interview requirements lies solely with the respective Embassy, Consulate, or Visa Application Centre.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

• Real Roamer does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
• Visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the concerned authority.
• Fees paid are for consultancy services only and are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and valid
• Inform Real Roamer of any change in personal, financial, or travel details

Real Roamer shall not be responsible for delays or rejections arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Fees and Payments

• Consultancy fees must be paid in advance
• Fees exclude embassy, visa centre, courier, medical, insurance, or government charges
• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once services begin

6. Appointment & Processing Timelines

• Appointment availability depends on embassy or visa centre
• Processing timelines are estimates only
• Delays due to holidays, checks, or workload are not our responsibility

7. Document Handling & Confidentiality

• Documents are handled with reasonable care and confidentiality
• Real Roamer is not responsible for third-party loss or damage
• Copies may be retained for compliance purposes

8. Rejection, Refusal, or Withdrawal

• Consultancy fees remain non-refundable in case of rejection
• No refund if the client withdraws midway
• Re-application or appeal services are charged separately

9. Limitation of Liability

Real Roamer’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount of consultancy fees paid. The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Compliance with Laws

The client agrees to comply with all applicable immigration and foreign travel laws. Any violation after visa grant is the sole responsibility of the client.

11. Termination of Services

• False or misleading information
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices

No refund shall be applicable.

12. Force Majeure

Real Roamer shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where the company is registered.

14. Amendments

Real Roamer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
